Blox Racing Extended Front Lower Ball Joints, also referred to as "Roll Center Adjusters" are extended ball joints that are designed to directly replace the factory front lower ball joint inside the front knuckle, behind the bottom section of the brake rotor.
When a vehicle is lowered, the geometry of the front suspension becomes altered. The lower the vehicle is, the greater the angles are increased, thus becoming less desireable suspension geometry. This altered state change drastically affects camber and caster settings, low-speed and high-speed steering response, overall vehicle stability, handling and cornering performance. In a nutshell, performance is substantially diminished and a SAFETY issue can potentially arise. The Blox Racing Extended Front Lower Ball Joints, with its increased length, are able to reposition and correct the angles of the front knuckles and lower control arms and provide a more desireable suspension geometry to return loss performnce where it is needed. Once the Blox Racing Extended Front Lower Ball Joints are installed, and a front and rear alignment is performed, you will notice a "night" and "day" difference in the overall driveabiity and handling characteristics of the vehicle.
In reference to the resulting correction in the suspension’s geometry will improve response and handling and increase tire contact patch and prolong tire tread life, while making alignments more consistent. Inline Four and Blox Racing always recommends safe driving vehicle heights.
For best results use with a front camber kit and a rear camber kit and Blox Racing Adjustable Rear Toe Kit. This will allow for optimum adjustment while getting an alignment.
Blox Racing Extended Front Lower Ball Joints are sold in a pair (left/right) ball joints.
