Some racetracks require that you have a muffler, just as a formality, but no sound decibel requirement. This is the muffler for that type of track or "racing rule". The Blox Racing Mini Race Mufflers sound aggressive with a distinctive "bark". Not to mention, they look awesome as well.
The Blox Racing Mini Race Mufflers are meticulously, tig-welded by hand, so there is no compromise in quality and durability. These welds are very precise and uniform with great heat penetration to ensure a strong weld. It's small size also allows for a variety of mounting positions and locations.
They are offered in a 2.5 inch and a 3.0 inch configuration. Typically, we recommend to use the 2.5 on your "all motor" street/strip application and the 3.0 for your "forced induction" application. Although, we have used the 3.0 inch on naturally aspirated big motors, such as punched out H22's, K20's and K24's.
