The BLOX Racing Tuner and Competition Series Full-Bodied Coilover Systems are designed with specifically matched spring rates and shock valving to offer enthusiasts unparalleled handling characteristics, while maintaining suitable ride comfort and quality.
The Tuner Series is designed to meet the needs and demands of daily driving and high performance weekends at the local road course or autocross event. The Tuner Series is a good beginner coilover system, where your needs of raising and lowering the car "at will" are more of your concern. The Competition Series is designed more around high performance road course driving and autocross events. Enthusiasts are able to fine tune and maximize their suspension set-up by easily adjusting their vehicle’s ride height and corner weights. The Competition Series are aimed at the performance minded enthusiast.
Both the Tuner Series and the Competition Series are available for the following applications:
- 1992-1995 Honda Civic
- 1994-2001 Acura Integra
- 1996-2000 Honda Civic
Both the Tuner Series and the Competition Series feature coil springs that are CNC-wound using SAE 9254 steel. Both are a mono-tube shock design (non-adjustable) and have a 46mm piston, 20mm shaft. Blox uses FINA shock oil and high pressure nitrogen gas in all of their coilover systems. Both the Tuner and Competition series are height adjustable up to 4 inches.
For the spring rates, the Tuner Series is 10kg/mm (559 lbs/in) Front and 8kg/mm (447 lbs/in) Rear.
The spring rates for the Competition Series are 12kg/mm (671 lbs/in) Front and 10 kg/mm (559 lbs/in) Rear.
