The Buddy Club Intermediate Camshaft Kit is designed for the intermediate level tuner who is looking for added power and torque with an emphasis on driveability and midrange power. The Spec III+ camshaft is semi-aggressive and only requires that "dual" OEM valve springs be used. There is no need for Buddy Club valve springs. We suggest OEM Integra Type-R valve springs to be ideal for this setup. The idle is factory like and driveability is smooth and responsive. The powerband is very linear with a smooth VTEC crossover and nice, yet thorough high-end pull. This camshaft is capable of delivering power up to 9,500rpm, but with most intermediate style setups, you will see max power in the 8,500rpm to 8,700rpm range. This kit also includes a pair of Buddy Club adjustable camgears. They are available in gold, titanium or both (mix-n-match).
