Inline Four is proud to introduce our own 100% full carbon racing synchros for the K-Series transmissions (K20 6-speed transmissions). Branded under the IL4 Racing product line, our synchros are OEM manufactured and feature a special carbon/moly combination therefore, the carbon material will last longer. Utilizing carbon as the friction material, we were able to achieve a full carbon materinal on the inner section of the synchros. Therefore, the carbon acts as a "braking material", gear selection and engagement is smooth, precise and direct. Also, the synchros are durable and able to withstand harsh racing conditions and extreme temperatures.
The iL4 Racing K-Series Carbon Racing Synchros are simply awesome and a no-brainer when rebuilding your K-Series transmission.
The synchro set includes full carbon synchros for 1st thru 6th gears. Currently, only offered for the 2002 to 2004 6-speed models, which are "dual cone" synchros. The 2005-2006 synchros are currently in development and we are testing them as we speak.
