The iL4 Class Axles D.spec is the perfect axle upgrade. These axles are designed to withstand extreme shock loading from hard launches and quick powershifting while you rocket down the 1320. The inner and outboard sections are heavily upgraded and strengthend to handle up to 730whp. Upgraded internal components in the inner and outboard cup sections ensure reliability under stressful conditions. Like all iL4 Class Axles, the outboard splines on D/spec axles are also "rolled formed" vs. the traditional "broach" method. When the spline is rolled formed, precious metals are not lost in the process and strength and integrity are maximized to its fullest potential.
Aside from drag racing, these axles can be used in extreme duty road racing in forced induction applications.
D.spec axles are available for many popular Acura/Honda applications, as well as swap configurations.
