We are proud to offer the iL4 Performance Oil Pan Stud Kit for B-series engines. When installed, these steel studs screw into the engine block and stay there, allowing repeated removing and re-installing of oil pans without stripping aluminum block threads.
This kit helps simplifies pan installation and extends the gasket life. The studs have an Allen Head socket at one end to make installation a little easier. Lock nuts feature attached washers with serrated faces to provide grip on the pan rail.
To prevent rusting the studs are finished with black oxide and nuts are cadmium and zinc plated.
This kit includes 20 studs and nuts. The B-series oil pan has 19 provisions, so there is one extra.
