iL4 Performance introduces their Spec 4.1 Stainless Steel Brake Lines. These brake lines are manufactured with the highest quality control standards and the best materials to ensure that your brake lines perform and surpass your expectations. Before we could release these, we tested them on various applications over a 3yrs time span, to make sure we got it right. After all, this is the brake system we are producing parts for.
The iL4 Spec 4.1 brake line kit uses DOT approved fittings, hardware, end boots and caps. To help with corrosion resistance, each brake line has a clear Teflon coating to keep moisture and dust out. Also, injected molded plastic brackets are used instead of aluminum, since they are more sturdy. The iL4 Spec 4.1 brake lines meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by the DOT, NHTSA and FVMSS(Department of Transportation, National Highway Transportation Safety Association and Federal Vehicle Motor Safety Standard). Combine these brake lines with some Motul RBF 600 brake fluid, Power Slot rotors and some Hawk brake pads and you've got yourself competitive braking power.
