Inline Four now offers the **NEW & IMPROVED** lost motion assembly from Honda. In the beginning, Honda used to equip all B-series and H-series VTEC with a hydraulic fliud based lost motion assembly. Over time, especially with the use of high-lift camshafts, these wore out and lost their tension. To remedy this problem, Honda released a "spring type" lost motion that also features a larger "footprint" or "pad". This spring type lost motion does not fatigue as easy as the old fluid type and can be used with all types of aftermarket camshafts.
