Once again, Inline Four produces another "first" in our Industry! Look no further for the ultimate in B-series "all motor" technology for reduced friction and increased efficiency and longevity. The best has just gotten better! We've taken our popular iL4 Pro Cast pistons, removed the M0S2 skirt coating and put the pistons, piston rings & piston wrist pins through our WPC Metal Surface Treatment process. The result is an entirely new metal surface structure that reduces friction, increases reliability, longevity and therefore reveals more power that you never knew you could extract from your engine. Our iL4 Pro Cast piston was already at hit with it's low-expansion rates and the ability to have the US ITR dome and US B16A dome in a 81.5mm and 82.0mm bore size. Now take that same terrific combination and turn it into a "super cast" piston. Due to less friction, the piston will move much more freely in the bore, allowing for smoother revs and an overall reduction in wear-n-tear.
If you thought you built some potent LS/VTEC combinations in the past with our standard Pro Cast pistons, then you are in for a surprise! From now on, Inline Four has made it a standard that all of our "menu" engine builds will feature WPC treated Pro Cast pistons.
